Go to https://unboxmeph.com. Click sign up on the upper right side of the homepage section and fill out the form.

Once you have signed up an UnboxMe account, you will receive a confirmation via email. Confirm your account so you can visit your dashboard. You can see your unique account number at the upper part of the dashboard.

In the homepage section click “help center” on the upper left side and click “address” to see US and UAE addresses. You can also check these information on your UnboxMe dashboard.

Service

Go to https://unboxmeph.com. Sign up for an UnboxMe account for FREE at unboxmeph.com. Click the SIGN UP button and fill out the form.

Visit your desired US/UAE online stores/websites. Select the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart. Check out using UnboxMe’s US or UAE addresses, and indicate your account number (address box will do). Wait for the notification from UnboxMe Team regarding the arrival of your items.

*Note that buying more items and consolidating them in one shipping can save you from your shipping fee cost.

Once your items are successfully delivered, UnboxMe Team will notify you via email. Log in to your dashboard once the photos, dimensions, and shipping fee information are uploaded.

After checking, confirm your purchased items and delivery address (Philippines). Pay the shipping fee so we can ship your item/s.
UnboxMe will send updates of your delivery or you can check status via Track Your Shipment on UnboxMe’s website click here.

US to NCR – 10 to 12 days
US to Clark, Cebu, Davao, and General Santos City – 12 to 15 days
UAE to NCR – 7 to 10 days
UAE to Clark, Cebu, Davao, and General Santos City – 9 to 11 days

Once items have been received, UnboxMe Team will upload the photos of your items and dimensions on your dashboard within 24-48 hours (business days). No operations on Sundays (US and UAE time)

Once payment has been made, it will be reflected within 24 hours (business days, not including weekends, PH Time).

Fragile, easily broken, shattered or damaged goods that require special storage and solid packaging due to their fragile nature.

Examples: Glass items, marble, tiles, porcelains, luxurious accessories, and etc.

ITEM REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Unboxme is not responsible for any error occurred in client/customer ordering process. Clients will be the ones to contact the online stores for any returns, refund or exchange of items. Also, if there would be additional charges/fees, customer will be the one to shoulder it.

  • Unboxme will not allow return of items without valid reason.
  • Unboxme guarantees to deliver the items in the same condition stated by the seller.
  • Unboxme is responsible for delivering the product with the exact specifications given by UnboxMe member on the date that the order was placed.
  • Product package might be damaged due to shipping process. In this case, refund will not be valid as long as the product itself is not affected.

Tracking

In the upper right button of UnboxMe’s homepage, click “track your shipment”. Input your tracking number to see the status of your package.

Payment

In your UnboxMe dashboard, you will see the photos and dimension of your items. You will see the total shipping fee for each shipment.

You can also get an estimated shipping cost (to know the fees before delivery) by clicking the get shipping estimate  button at UnboxMe’s homepage.
